- A declaration, under penalty of perjury, that the Complainant is the rightful copyright holder or is authorized to act on behalf of the owner, and that the information provided is accurate.

3. Important Notice
- We only process copyright infringement notices for content hosted on our domain (Xshare.my). If you are reporting content hosted on another website, please contact that website's owner directly.
- Submitting false or misleading copyright claims is a violation of the law and may result in legal consequences.
- If your content was removed due to a DMCA complaint and you believe this was a mistake, you may submit a counter-notice. This must include evidence proving you have the rights to the content or that its use falls under fair use guidelines.
4. Response Time
We aim to review and process DMCA notices within 48 hours of receipt. If additional information is required, we may request clarification before taking action.
